Returns Policy

Refund Process

We hope that you’ll love your new purchase from Cló, but just in case you're not 100% happy, we have the following Returns Policy.

To request a refund, please contact us at clopublishing.info@gmail.com, or else you can contact us through the Contact Us page on our website.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We don’t offer an exchange service, however if you'd like a different item, you can send your originally purchased item back to us and place a new order on a different product that you’ve got your eye on. We will then issue a refund once we receive the originally purchased item back from you.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns so you will have to cover the postage cost to return the item. If you send the item untracked and it gets lost, we can take no responsibility for this. 

We offer refunds within 28 days of receiving your order. The refund will be paid via the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our Returns policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.

  • Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We highly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All items are the responsibility of the customer until returned to Cló Publishing.
